摘　　要：为了解螺旋榨油机质量及食用油加工现状,对33家农村粮油加工点的螺旋榨油机使用情况进行调查。调查结果显示,螺旋榨油机质量及食用油加工条件存在诸多问题。分析造成问题的主要原因,提出相应的解决措施。To know the quality of spiral oil press and processing status of edible oil,we conducted a survey on the spiral oil press usage in33grain and oil working point in village.The survey results showed that:There were lots of problems in the quality of spiral oil press and processing conditions of edible oil.This paper analyzed the main reason caused the problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasure.
