摘　　要：随着社会分工的不断细化,对职业工种的要求也越来越多,农机职业工种也是如此。结合辽宁省实施农业职业技能培训鉴定的工作实践,探讨农业职业技能和工种的开发途径,提出职业技能鉴定工作和农业技能人才队伍建设的建议。With the continuous specification of social division of labor,the demand of special profession has becoming more and more,as well as special profession of agricultural machinery.Combined with working practice of carrying out professional technical ability training and verification of agricultural machinery in Liaoning province,this paper discussed the development of agricultural professional technical ability and profession,and put forward suggestions for professional technical ability verification and agricultural technical ability talent team construction.
