摘　　要：将教学基本状态数据库应用于教学质量监控系统是信息化时代发展的需要,用信息化技术合理改善质量监控的信息收集、处理和反馈系统,能够提高质量监控工作的效率和质量。数据库的作用表现在:对数据的分析、反馈过程就是学校自我评估、自我完善的过程;有针对性地设计质量监控方案;把握教学状态发展趋势;为学校各专项评估提供数据支撑;为学校决策服务。将教学基本状态数据库应用于教学质量监控系统的方法,一是在教学测量、检查与评估系统中加入数据库系统;二是基于数据平台指标体系改革教学质量评估体系。Applying teaching basic state database to teaching quality monitoring system is the need of the information age.The efficiency and quality of teaching quality supervision can be improved by using information technology to improve the information collection,processing and feedback system.Database plays an important role in teaching quality monitoring system.Data analysis and feedback is the process of self-evaluation and self-improvement of schools,and database can help schools design quality monitoring plan and grasp the development trend of teaching state.Besides,it can provide data support for special evaluation and decision-making service of schools.This paper puts forward two methods of applying basic state database to teaching quality monitoring system,one is adding database system to teaching measurement,examination and evaluation system,the other is reforming teaching quality evaluation system based on data platform index system.
