摘　　要：在中国语言资源保护工程甘肃项目的实施过程中,发现很难找到合适的青年发音人。由于青少年容易受到普通话的冲击、家庭成员语码的变迁以及方言身份不自信与不认同等因素的影响,所以我们应该在多个方面积极引导和关注青少年对家乡方言的认同和了解,让青少年成为传承弘扬丝路文化的主力军。In the implementation process of Gansu Project of Chinese Language Resources Protection Project,it is difficult to find the right young people who can speak dialect.The reasons for the above arc teenagers,susceptibility to the impact of Mandarin Chinese)changes of language code among their family members and their lack of confidence and recognition for dialects.What should be done is to actively guide and pay attention to adolescent identity and understanding of their n-ativc dialect in many aspects and cultivate them to become the main force of inheriting the cultures along Silk Road.
