小型钛板治疗14例下颌骨骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小钛板在下颌骨骨折治疗中的临床应用。方法 14例下颌骨骨折应用小钛板作坚固内固定。复位技术及固定位置参照Champy方法。结果 14例患者中1例继发感染,1例出现颌干扰,其余咬合关系正常。结论下颌骨骨折经口内用小钛板作坚固内固定效果肯定,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of titanium miniplate as rigid internal fixation in fixation of mandibular fracture.MethodsFourteen mandibular fractures were treated with titanium miniplates as rigid internal fixation,and the method of fixation refers to Champy method.ResultsIn the of14cases,there were one case with secondary infection and one case with occlusal interference.ConclusionsAs rigid internal fixation,the titanium miniplate has an effect on mandibular fractures,which is worthwhile to be promoted.
