中式心理咨询之“阴性法”

摘　　要：中式心理咨询有很多方法,阴性法是其中之一,它和阳性法一起构成了中式心理咨询方法体系的根基。阴性法主要体现出调节、控制、降低、转化、适应等一些特性,像水一样适应各种环境和事物。具体体现出九个方面的调节方法:理解"上善若水"、降低追求的目标、接受现实、控制愤怒、活在当下、抛弃"应该"和"绝对"、凡事都做最坏打算、明确规则和道德、理解"亢龙有悔"。There are many methods of Chinese psychological counseling,negative method is one of them,the positive and negative methods consititute the foundation of Chinese psychological counseling method system.Negative method mainly reflects the regulation、control、reduction、transformation、adaptation and some other characteristics,just like water,adapting to a variety of environments and things.It embodies nine adjustment methods:1、understand“as good as water”;2、reduce the pursuit of the goal;3、accept the reality;4、contor anger;5、live in the moment;6、abandon“should”and“absolute”;7、make the worst plan for everything;8、know the rules and morality;9、understand“Kang Long You Hui”.
