机械专业本科学生素质与能力的培养研究——以武夷学院为例

摘　　要：传统培养方法以教师、课堂、教材为中心,导致武夷学院机械专业学生普遍存在机械工程素质偏低和应用技术能力匮乏的问题,为了改变这种现状,提出多元化的新型应用型人才培养模式.通过结合地方产业结构,构建符合地方产业需求的专业方向;通过建立实践教学基地,培养学生实践能力;通过以工作过程为导向进行理论教学改革,激发学生工程意识;通过依托大学生科技创新与学科竞赛,锻炼实践应用技术.经成果校验,学生的工程素质与应用技术能力显著得到提高,能对其他工科专业培养改革提供参考.Traditional cultivation methods center on teachers,classrooms and textbooks,which cause the common problem that mechanical engineering students of Wuyi University have low engineering quality and are lack of application ability.To change the present situation,the new diversified applied personnel training mode has been put forward.Establishing the major orientation that is in accordance with the needs of local industrials by taking the local industrial structure into consideration;Cultivating students’practical ability by setting up practical teaching bases;Conducting the reform of education theory to stimulate students’engineering consciousness by taking the working process as the orientation;Training the practical technology on the basis of undergraduates’scientific and technical innovation and discipline competition.And the results show that students’engineering quality and technical application ability has got improved obviously,which will provide references for the cultivation reforms of other engineering majors.
