摘  要:主要阐述基于PowerMill数控加工编程软件实现圆弧倒角面零件的高效编程与加工的方法。对圆弧面倒角零件的加工程序进行优化。建立了加工零件的三维模型,以及加工零件的毛胚模型。根据加工图纸的要求,结合数控自动编程软件的特点,进行加工切削三要素的定义、加工策略的选择、加工程序步距的定义等相关的工作。利用PowerMill数控加工编程软件进行加工程序的自动编制,以提高加工效率和加工质量。并对数控加工机床的联机通讯方式等进行相应阐述。This essay mainly states the method of efficient programming and processing to make Arc chamfer surface parts based on PowerMill programming software for NC machining.The processing program of arc chamfer surface parts is optimized;the3D model and the blank model of parts to be processed are established.According to the requirements of processing drawings and the characteristics of NC automatic programming software,the essay gives the definition of three elements of processing and cutting,the choice of processingstrategy,the definition of processing step and so on.The essay uses the PowerMill CNC programming software to automate the processing procedures to improve processing efficiency and quality.Also,in the essay,the communication method with CNC machine tools is also elaborated.
