摘　　要：设计了一种基于光栅尺进行五等量块数字化检定的电脑量块比较仪,主要由采集、信号处理、计数、PC机、系统软件等模块组成,介绍了系统的硬件、软件结构与传感器、采集卡的选择,对其进行了不确定度分析,满足JJG 146-2011量块检定规程要求。This paper mainly designs a computer gauge block comparator for five class gauge block digital calibration.It consists of data acquisition module,signal processing module,counting module,PC module,software and so on.It also introduces the structure of hardware and software,the selection of sensor and data acquisition card,uncertainty analysis of the system.This device meets the requirements of JJG146-2011gauge block calibration procedures.
