氮肥对紫苏营养品质和产量的影响

摘  要:研究了施纯氮0、2.5、7.5、12.5、17.5 kg/667 m2(分别用CK、N1、N2、N3和N4表示)对3个品种紫苏营养品质和产量的效应。结果表明,适宜的氮肥对紫苏的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、VC含量的合成积累和对纤维素含量的降低有促进作用,但过量氮肥会起到抑制作用,对紫苏产量具有报酬递减现象。综合营养品质和产量的分析结果表明,南韩苏子和延边一号品种紫苏在N2~N3区间施氮肥量下,其营养品质达到最佳,而吉林3号在N3氮肥量下达到最佳,因此紫苏的最适氮肥量为7.5~12.5 kg/667 m2。In this study,the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on the nutrient quality and yield of3cultivars of Perilla frutescens were studied by using pure nitrogen0,2.5,7.5,12.5,17.5kg/667m2(denoted by CK,N1,N2,N3and N4,respectively).The results showed that suitable nitrogen fertilizer could promote the accumulation of soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C and decrease cellulose content,but excess nitrogen fertilizer had inhibited effect and yield had the phenomenon of diminishing returns.The results of comprehensive nutrient quality and yield analysis showed that the quality and yield of Nanhansuzi and Yanbian No.1were the best in the N2and N3treatments,while Jilin No.3was the best in N3nitrogen fertilizer,so the optimum nitrogen fertilizer for P.frutescens was7.5-12.5kg/667m2.
