半干法制备磷酸酯化纤维的工艺研究

摘　　要：以棉浆纤维为原料,以混合磷酸盐Na_2HPO_4/NaH_2PO_4为酯化剂,在尿素的催化作用下采用半干法制备出了高取代度磷酸酯化纤维,并考察了磷酸盐用量、反应温度、时间、pH等因素对磷酸酯化纤维取代度及反应效率的影响.结果表明:当磷酸盐用量为20%、反应温度120℃、反应时间2h、pH 6.0、尿素用量4%时,磷酸酯化纤维的取代度为0.066,此时纤维的反应效率为42.7%,纤维被破坏程度最大.In this study,the high degree of substitution of phosphate ester fiber was prepared by using cotton phosphate as raw material,mixed phosphate NaH2PO4/Na2HPO4as esterifying agent and urea as catalyst with half dry synthesis process.The effects of the dosage of phosphate,reaction temperature,time and pH on the degree of substitution and reaction efficiency of phosphate ester fiber were investigated.The results showed that the degree of substitution of phosphate ester fiber was0.066when the amount of phosphate was20%,the reaction temperature was120鈩?the reaction time was2h,pH6.0and the amount of urea was4%,the reaction efficiency of the fiber was42.7%,and the fiber was most damaged.
