摘 要:目的:探讨护士的职业紧张源,为控制或减少职业紧张源、保护护士的身心健康提供理论依据。方法:使用具有较高信度和效度的职业紧张量表对某医学院附属医院护士和医院行政女职工共335名进行职业紧张调查,采用统计分析调查数据。结果:与行政女职工相比,护士的工作控制程度低、工作物理环境差、工作需求高、工作时间长、日常紧张感强,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);良好的社会支持和较强的自尊感可缓解护士的职业紧张。结论:医院护士的紧张程度较高,合理安排工作时间、改善工作环境、加强人本管理可缓解心理紧张。objective:To analyze occupational stressors of nurses and to offer theoretical arguments for stress control and the protection of the physical and mental health of nurses.Methods:Female nurses and administrators were recruited from an affiliated hospital of a medical college,and355of them were investigated with occupational stress questionnaire.Data were analyzed by SAS8.2software.Results:Compared with the administrative personnels,nurses had higher job demands,lower job control,poorer physical environment,longer daily work time and stronger feeling of daily life stress.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Good social support and a strong sense of self esteem can relieve nurses'occupation tension.Conclusion:Female nurses were under higher occupational stress.Reasonable work schedule,suitable physical environment and person based management might decrease the stress level of female nurses.
