鼠神经生长因子不同治疗频度治疗小儿特发性面神经麻痹疗效分析

摘　　要：目的通过对小儿特发性面神经麻痹患儿鼠神经生长因子不同治疗频度的疗效比较,探讨其在小儿特发性面神经麻痹治疗过程中的最佳治疗频度。方法选择2015年12月~2017年6月在我院神经科治疗的172例特发性面神经麻痹患儿,其中70例予常规治疗(常规治疗组),54例在常规治疗基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗一天一次(qd组),48例在常规治疗基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗两天一次(qod组),观察三组的治疗疗效并加以比较。结果qd组的总有效率在疗程的7 d、14 d、28 d均明显高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(7 d u=3.6037,P<0.05;14 d u=4.1778,P<0.05;28 dχ~2=8.0956,P<0.05);qod组的总有效率在疗程的28 d明显高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.0747,P<0.05),但在疗程的7 d、14 d时,虽高于常规治疗组,但差异无统计学意义(7 d u=0.4843,P>0.05;14 d u=1.8755,P>0.05);qd组的总有效率在7 d、14 d明显高于qod组,差异有统计学意义(7 d u=2.8328,P<0.05;14 d u=2.2417,P<0.05),但28 d时,qd组和qod组的总有效率接近,无显著的统计学差异(χ~2=0.3534,P>0.05)。结论应用鼠神经生长因子治疗小儿特发性面神经麻痹能显著提高疗效,qod组治疗成本更低,更能减轻患儿经济、精神负担。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of different therapeutic frequency of mice nerve growth factor in pediatric idiopathic facial paralysis,and to explore the optimal therapeutic frequency in the treatment process of pediatric idiopathic facial paralysis.Methods172children with idiopathic facial paralysis who were treated in the Department of Neurology in Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital from December2015to June2017were selected.Among them,70patients were given conventional treatment(control group or conventional treatment group),54patients were further given mice nerve growth factor for treatment once a day on the basis of the conventional treatment(qd group),and48patients were given mice nerve growth factor for treatment twice a day on the basis of the conventional treatment(qod group).The therapeutic effects of the three groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of mice nerve growth factor in qd group was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group at7days,14days and28days after treatment,and differences were statistically significant(7days u=3.6037,P<0.05;14days u=4.1778,P<0.05;28daysχ2=8.0956,P<0.05);the total effective rate of mice nerve growth factor in qod group was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group at28days in the course of treatment,and difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.0747,P<0.05).However,at7days and14days in the course of treatment,although higher than the conventional treatment group,the difference was not statistically significant(7days u=0.4827,P<0.05;14days u=1.8755,P<0.05);the total effective rate of mice nerve growth factor in qd group was significantly higher than that in qod group at7days and14days,and the differences were statistically significant(7days u=2.8328,P<0.05;14days u=2.2417,P<0.05).However,at28days,the total effective rate of mice nerve growth factor in qd group was close to that in qod group,and the differences were not statistically significant(χ2=0.3534,P<0.05).Conclusio
