玻璃纤维桩修复残根残冠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃纤维桩修复残根残冠的疗效。方法选择2015年1月~2017年1月在我院就诊的300例(320颗牙)残根残冠患者为研究对象,所选患者被随机分成观察组和对照组,各150例(160颗牙)。观察组患者采用玻璃纤维桩修复、对照组患者采用铸造金属桩修复。比较两组患者接受修复后的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率96.67%,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者治疗后的显效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者无一例出现牙根折裂、并发症发生率为6.88%,对照组患者无一例出现桩核折断、发症发生率为22.50%,观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩修复残根残冠疗效明显优于铸造金属桩修复的效果,且并发症少,值得在临床广泛推广和应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of glass fiber post in repairing residual root and crown.Methods300patients(320teeth)with residual root and crown in our hospital from January2015to January2017were selected.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with150patients(160teeth)in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with glass fiber post and the control group was treated with casting metal piles.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after receiving the repair.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was96.67%after treatment,which was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).However,there was significant difference in the significant efficiency between the observation group and the control group(72.00%vs40.00%,P<0.05).There were no cases of root rupture in the observation group and control group.The incidence of complications was6.88%in the observation group and22.50%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of glass fiber post on repairing residual crown is significantly better than that of casting metal piles,with few complications,which is worthy of widely promotion and application in clinical.
