摘  要:环境中砷的存在往往会对人类健康产生不利影响。以从高砷含水层沉积物中筛选的砷抗性细菌X6400-2为生物材料,通过测定微宇宙体系中各种形态砷的含量,研究外加有机碳源葡萄糖、麦芽糖、腐殖酸、富里酸对含水层沉积物中砷生物迁移转化的影响。结果表明:4种有机碳源均影响微生物X6400-2的生长;细菌X6400-2生长的最适合碳源浓度分别为葡萄糖2.0g/L、麦芽糖1.0g/L、腐殖酸1.5g/L、富里酸2.5g/L;未接种细菌X6400-2时在有机碳单独作用下沉积物中砷的释放量很少,溶液中砷含量几乎为零,说明有机物单独作用对沉积物中砷生物迁移的影响较小;当向添加了有机物的沉积物-培养基微宇宙体系中接种细菌X6400-2后,沉积物中的砷快速向溶液中迁移,其中添加富里酸的微宇宙体系沉积物中砷的生物迁移最明显,As(Ⅲ)、As(V)和总砷的释放量最高分别达到沉积物中的63.3%、66.4%和41.3%;由于沉积物对溶液中释放的砷具有二次吸附作用,溶液中As(Ⅲ)、As(V)和总砷达到最高浓度后均缓慢降低至趋于稳定。The presence of arsenic in the environment has adverse effect on human health.This paper uses the arsenic resistant bacteria from high arsenic aquifers,namely the strain X64002,to investigate the effects of organic carbon including glucose,maltose,humic acid and fulvic acid on biomigration of arsenic in sediments from qauifers by determining arsenic speciation in the microcosm system.The results show that the four organic carbon have great effect on the growth of the strain X64002.The optimum concentrations of carbon are2.0g/L glucose,1.0g/L maltose,1.5g/L humic acid and2.5g/L fulvic acid respectively.The concentration of arsenic in the solution is very low in the microcosm without the strain X64002.It is weak for migration of arsenic in sediments under the condition of organic carbon without bacteria.However,the concentration of arsenic in the solutions increases rapidly in the microcosm with the strain X64002and organic carbon.The content of arsenic released from sediments is the highest in the microcosm with fulvic acid,which indicates that fulvic acid has the greatest effect on the biomigration of arsenic in sediments.The highest contents of As(III),As(V)and As(T)in solution are63.3%,66.4%and41.3%of arsenic in sediments.The concentrations of As(III),As(V)and As(T)in the solutions in the four microcosm systems ascend to the maximum values and then descend slowly to the stable values.
