摘  要:人体微生物群是指定植在口腔、肠道、皮肤等器官的所有微生物有机体的总称,其与人类健康和疾病关系密切.研究发现,肠道致病性微生物通过诱发炎症反应,促进多种恶性肿瘤的发生和发展;肠道有益菌通过调节宿主的生理和代谢过程,保护机体抵御肿瘤细胞生长.微生物疗法代表了抗肿瘤治疗的新策略,是近年来医学领域的研究焦点.本文系统地总结了微生物在肿瘤治疗中的应用现状,主要包括以下三个方面:(1)细菌作为天然药物数据库,提供了各类具有抗肿瘤特性的活性物质;(2)细菌作为药物递送载体,使抗肿瘤分子特异靶向肿瘤细胞;(3)细菌作为治疗剂,协同促进传统抗肿瘤疗法的疗效.总之,细菌在肿瘤治疗领域扮演重要角色,是癌症精准治疗的必要组成部分.Microbiota,a complex community of microorganisms,which exists in symbiosis within various sites of human host.To date,the precise role of the human microbiome in health and disease states remains largely undefined.Viruses and bacterial species have been implicated in oncogenesis,while commensal microbe plays a beneficial role in the fight against cancer,via modulating the host physiological and metabolic processes during cancer development and progression.Therefore,microbial therapeutics represent a new and promising research area with potential broad implications in cancer therapy.In this review,we present recent progresses of bacterial therapeutic approaches in anti-tumor responses.It mainly focuses on three aspects as following:(T)bacteria acts as a nature drug database,providing sorts of active substances with anti-tumor activity;②bacteria acts as a drug delivery vector,enabling antitumor molecules to specifically target tumor cells;③bacteria acts as therapeutic agents,playing an intricate role in modulating the efficacy of anti-cancer treatments.These newly findings suggest that bacteria will likely become an important component of precision and personalized medicine for cancer.
