摘  要:抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)脑炎是一类与神经元胞膜抗原抗体相关的自身免疫性脑炎,目前已越来越受到人们的关注.患者常表现出显著的精神症状、癫痫发作、意识障碍及自主神经功能紊乱等.实验室脑脊液及血清抗体检测可辅助临床诊断.临床上通常对患者进行免疫治疗,早确诊,早治疗对患者病情的恢复尤为重要.目前,随着抗NMDAR脑炎发病率的日益增高,该病已成为最常见的自身免疫性脑炎之一.Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(NMD AR)encephalitis,which is associated with antibodies against neuronal cell surface antigens has attracted more and more attention recently.Its clinical manifestation are often characterized by significant psychiatric symptoms,seizures,disturbance of consciousness and autonomic nerve dysfunction.Serum and CSF antibody testing can help the diagnosis.In clinic,immunotherapy are often used,and early diagnosis and treatment are particularly important.As the increasing of the incidence,the disease has become one of the most common autoimmune encephalitis.
