摘　　要：竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)是通过miRNA反应元件竞争结合共同miRNA来实现相互调控作用的转录产物,该机制也就是所谓的"ceRNA"假说.由于任何拥有miRNA反应元件结构的转录产物理论上都能够作为ceRNA发挥功能,ceRNA理论对整合疾病发病机理,尤其对于肿瘤研究有重要意义.本综述将介绍ceRNA及其网络的机制与分子基础,讨论其在肿瘤病理中的角色与作用.此外,还将讨论现今ceRNA假说的不足之处,未来可能的研究方向及临床应用.Competing endogenous RNAs(ceRNAs)are transcripts that can regulate each other by competing for shared miRNAs with microRNA(miRNA)response elements(MREs)and this mechanism is known as“ceRNAs”hypothesis.Given that any transcripts harbouring MREs can theoretically function as ceRNAs,ceRNAs theory plays an important role in coordinating disease pathogenesis,especially in tumor research.In this review,we introduce the mechanisms and molecular bases of ceRNA and ceRNAs networks,discuss their roles in the pathogenesis of tumor.In addition,we discuss the limitation of recent ceRNAs hypothesis,possible direction and clinical application.
