摘　　要：目的:探讨阿仑膦酸钠对前列腺癌患者胰岛素样生长因子1、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3的影响。方法:选取前列腺癌患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各38例。对照组给予抗雄激素1周后予以钙元素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以阿仑膦酸钠治疗,两组共治疗12个月为一疗程。比较治疗前、治疗6个月后、治疗12个月骨密度、血清P1NP、β-CTX、IGF-1、IGFBP-3表达水平及不良反应状况。结果:与治疗前比较,对照组治疗12个月后腰椎、股骨颈、全髋部骨密度降低,血清P1NP、β-CTX表达升高,治疗6个月、12个月后血清IGF-1表达降低、血清IGFBP-3表达升高,试验组治疗12个月后腰椎、股骨颈、全髋部骨密度升高,血清P1NP、β-CTX表达降低,治疗6个月、12个月后血清IGF-1表达降低、血清IGFBP-3表达升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组治疗12个月后腰椎、股骨颈、全髋部骨密度较高,治疗6个月、12个月后血清P1NP、β-CTX表达较低,治疗6个月、12个月后血清IGF-1表达较低、血清IGFBP-3表达升高(P<0.05)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠有利于预防前列腺癌去势患者骨质流失现象,降低骨转换率,改善IGF系统,从而提高前列腺癌患者预后。Objective:To investigate the effect of alendronate on insulin like growth factor1and insulin like growth factor binding protein3in patients with prostate cancer.Methods:76cases with prostate cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group?the control group was treated anti androgen for1weeks and supplemented calcium treatment after,the experimental group was treated more with alendronate,and2groups were treated for12months.Bone mineral density,serum P1N P,beta-C T X,IG F-1,IGFBP-3expression levels and adverse reactions were compared before and after6and12months.Results:Compared with before treatment,Bone mineral density of lumbar spine,femoral neck and total hip decreased in the control group after12months of treatment,the expression of P1NP and(3-CTX in serum increased,expression of IGF-1in serum decreased,serum IGFBP-3expression increased after6and12months treatment,Bone mineral density of lumbar spine,femoral neck and total hip increased in the experimental group?the expression of P1NP and(3-CTX in serum decreased?expression of IGF-1in serum decreased,serum IGFBP-3expression increased after6and12months treatment.Conclusion:Alendronate is beneficial to prevent bone loss in patients with prostate cancer,reduce the rate of bone turnover,improve the IGF system.
