摘　　要：基于小城镇住宅规划设计应以居住人群的居住习俗和生产生活需求为引导理念,结合古田县大桥扶贫搬迁安置新区建设项目规划设计,探讨了住宅总平面规划设计、住宅建筑户型平面设计、建筑外观设计等方面坚持人本思考的规划设计策略与方法。The article put forward that small town residential plan design should guide the living customs of people and life demand Combining with the plan design of Gutian bridge poverty alleviation,demolition and relocation new district construction project to explore how to insist on plan designing strategies and methods of humanistic thinking in residential general plan design,residential plan design,building exterior design and so on
