摘 要:酯化反应是基础有机化学实验教学中重要的实验内容之一。传统的酯化反应实验以浓硫酸为催化剂,操作复杂、危险性高、产率低。为简化操作程序、降低实验危险、提高生成物产率,以合成乙酸正丁酯反应为例,使用HZSM-5固体酸代替浓硫酸为催化剂进行酯化反应探索,结果表明:该催化剂具有稳定性好、操作简便、成本低、安全无毒和可重复使用等优点。该实验使学生直观感受到绿色化学的现实意义,对树立学生环保意识具有非常好的促进作用。Esterification reaction was one of the most important experimental contents in basic organic chemistry experiment teaching.The traditional esterification reaction was characterized by concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,which was complex,high risk and low yield.In order to simplify operating procedures,reduce the risk of experiment and improve the yield of production,taking the synthesis of butyl acetate as an example,the HZSM-5solid acid was used to replace sulfuric acid as catalyst for esterification reaction.Results showed that the catalyst had the advantages of good stability,simple operation,low cost,safe and non-toxic and reusable.The experiment made the students feel the practical significance of green chemistry and promote the students'environmental awareness.
