高校行政实践中刚性管理与柔性管理的对立融合

摘　　要：刚性管理与柔性管理对高校行政实践都产生了重大影响,并推动高校行政管理运行模式的形成。分析高校行政管理中"刚""柔"的对立与融合,提出影响高校行政管理运行模式的因素,强调"刚柔相济"理应是高校行政管理追求的目标。Both rigid management and flexible management influence college administration practice greatly,and then promote the formation of college administration operation mode.By analyzing the clash and blending of rigidity and flexibility in college administrative management,this paper puts forward the factors which affect college administration operation mode,and emphasizes that college administrative management should make efforts to achieve the combination of rigidity and flexibility.
