高校干部教育培训调查分析——基于唐山师范学院

摘　　要：结合学校中层干部教育培训工作,采用学校自行编制的《唐山师范学院干部教育培训调查问卷》,从干部培训需求角度对干部培训现状及效果进行了调查。对调查结果进行了统计分析,提出了以干部教育培训需求为导向,努力构建以党校为主体的多层次、多元化、开放式的干部教育培训体系新思路。The cadres education and training is the main work of the Party School.The article combining the education and training of middle-level cadres in school,adopted by“the Questionnaire of cadre education and training of Tangshan teachers college”,completed the survey of the status and effect of cadre training from the perspective of cadre training needs.A statistical analysis of the results of the investigation was carried out.Provided a new idea,based on the demand of training and training of cadre education,of the Party school as the main body,of the multi-level,diversified and open cadre education and training system.
