摘  要:为提高HXD气流干燥的加工质量,得出最佳工艺参数组合,采用均匀设计法,通过直观分析和多元回归分析考察HXD叶丝含水率、叶丝温度、工艺气温度、蒸汽流量和负压等因素对烟丝物理指标和感官质量的影响。结果表明:直观分析最佳工艺参数组合和多元回归分析最优工艺参数组合的物理质量指标和感官质量得分均高于优化前,以多元回归分析得到的工艺参数组合(3号)表现最优,其烟丝填充值分别较1号和2号高3%和2.3%,碎丝率下降41.7%和25%,感官质量相差不大。保证烟丝气流干燥加工质量的前提下,干燥过程工艺指标为叶丝含水率18.0%、叶丝温度66℃、工艺气温度232℃和蒸汽流量900L/h。The uniform design method was used to analyze the effects of cut tobacco water content,cut tobacco temperature,hot air temperature,steam flow and negative pressure on physical and sensory quality of cut tobacco by visual analysis and multiple regression analysis for increasing processing quality of HXD pneumatic drying and obtaining the optimal technological parameter combination.Results:The physical quality index and sensory quality score of cut tobacco treated by the optimal technological parameter combination obtained visual analysis(II)and the optimal technological parameter combination obtained from multiple regression analysis(III)are higher than the original technological parameter combination(I).The filling value of cut tobacco treated by the optimal technological parameter combination(III)is3%and2.3%higher than the original technological parameter combination(I)and the optimal technological parameter combination obtained visual analysis(II)but the broken cut tobacco rate of cut tobacco treated by the optimal technological parameter combination(III)is41.7%and25%lower than the technological parameter combination(I)and the optimal technological parameter combination obtained visual analysis(II)separately.There is no obvious difference in sensory quality among three technological parameter combinations.The technological indexes of cut tobacco includes18.0%cut tobacco water content,66℃cut tobacco,232℃hot air temperature and900L/h steam flow during the drying process on the premise of guaranteeing the processing quality of cut tobacco pneumatic drying.
