摘  要:油茶Camellia oleifera为我国特有的油料植物,具有较高的食用和药用价值。油茶中主要包括三萜及其皂苷类、黄酮类、木脂素类、多酚类、多糖类化合物等成分;药理研究表明,油茶具有抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血脂、降血糖等功效。本文对近年来油茶化学成分及药理活性研究进行梳理、归纳,以期为油茶进一步研究、开发提供参考。Camellia oleifera,which has high edible and medicinal value,is the particular plant in China.From the phytochemical view,the second metabolites such as terpenoids and their saponins,flavonoids,polyphenols,polysaccharides and protein-class components had been reported from this species.Pharmacological research showed that C.oleifera had many efficacy,including antiinflammatory,antineoplastic,antioxidant,hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic activities.In this paper,the chemical components and pharmacology of C.oleifera were reviewed to provide references for its further development and utilization.
