摘　　要：文章对高职院校房地产经营管理专业进行介绍,通过分析教学组织与人才培养模式,有效进行教学评价改革,从而达到培养熟悉房地产开发、经营、营销和房地产估价的高等技术应用型专门人才的目标。This article on real estate professional management in higher vocational colleges,training mode through the analysis of teaching organization and personnel,effective evaluation of teaching reform,in order to cultivate the higher technical application familiar with real estate development,management,marketing and real estate appraisal specialized talents.
