玻璃纤维桩加全瓷冠修复前牙残冠残根的疗效及中期随访研究

摘　　要：目的研究玻璃纤维桩加全瓷冠修复前牙残冠残根的疗效及对中期预后效果的影响。方法选取我院2013年1月~2015年8月前牙残冠残根患者113例,均为单颗患牙,依据治疗方式不同分组,对照组56例予以玻璃纤维桩修复,研究组57例于对照组基础上联合全瓷冠修复,分析比较2组疗效及生活质量(WHOQOL-100)评分。结果研究组疗效优于对照组,且研究组总有效率98.25%(56/57)高于对照组80.36%(45/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组末次随访WHOQOL-100评分(92.31±8.13)分高于对照组(80.42±6.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.674,P=0.000)。结论前牙残冠残根患者予以玻璃纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复效果显著,且能提高其预后。Objective To investigate the curative effect of the glass fiber post combined with all-ceramic crown on the restoration of residual crown and root of anterior and its effect on the mid-term prognostic effect.Methods A total of113patients with residual crown and root of anterior teeth in our hospital from January2013to August2015were selected and divided into different groups according to different treatment methods.In the control group,56cases were treated with glass fiber post,and57cases in the study group were treated with all-ceramic crown on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and quality of life(WHOQOL-100)scores were compared between the2groups.Results The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the study group was98.25%(56/57),which was higher than that of the control group80.36%(45/56)(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-100score at the final follow-up in the study group(92.31+8.13)was higher than that in the control group(80.42+6.31)(t=8.674,P=0.000).Conclusion The effect of glass fiber post combined with all-ceramic crown on the restoration of the residual crown and root of anterior teeth is significant,and it can improve the prognosis.
