摘 要:本文用毛细管气相色谱分析鱼油中EPA和DHA的含量和不同样品中EPA和DHA含量的差别。样品经过油脂皂化、甲酯化后再用氢火焰离子化检测器检测,用外标法定量定性计算。EPA测定回归方程为y=673.206 34x,DHA测定回归方程为y=577.035 65x。该法对EPA、DHA的RSD分别为0.563 2%和0.541 49%,回收率分别为99.44%和100.81%。分析速度快捷,检测灵敏度高,选择性好。In this paper,the content of EPA and DHA in fish oil and the difference of the content of EPA and DHA in different samples were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography.After oil saponification and methylene esterification,the samples were detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector,and the samples were quantified and calculated by external standard method.The regression equation of EPA was y=673.20634x,and the regression equation of DHA was y=577.03565x.The RSD of EPA and DHA is0.5632%and0.54149%respectively,and the recovery rate is99.44%and100.81%,respectively.The analysis speed is fast,the detection sensitivity is high,and the selectivity is good.
