摘　　要：旅游专业学生就业对口率低、就业后流失率高的问题一直是旅游教育界和旅游行业关心的问题。本研究以广东轻工职业技术学院旅游管理专业学生为例,运用理查德森量表测量并比较学生的择业标准和对旅行社的就业认知,通过IPA分析,提出相应的改进措施。The low rate of employment in the industry of tourism undergraduates has been troubling the academia,educational institutions and the industry.This study is an application of Richardson Scale Measurement among tourism students at Guangdong Industry Polytechnic,and reports an IPA analysis with the collected data.The study also presents appropriate countermeasures to improve the situation.
