摘  要:目的探讨RGP(高透氧性硬性角膜接触镜)矫正治疗屈光不正的临床疗效。方法选取128例复杂屈光不正患者作为研究对象,将其中的43例青少年高度近视患者设为观察2组,其余患者设为观察1组,对比观察1组患者佩戴框架眼镜7 d和佩戴RGP 7 d的视力矫正效果,佩戴RGP期间的角膜荧光素染色情况、患者自行摘佩戴护理镜片情况、按时复诊情况、佩戴RGP 1 y前、后的眼轴长度、角膜内皮计数、眼压、Q值。观察2组患者均佩戴RGP,对观察2组患者进行2年的随访观察,对比该组患者戴镜前、后的视力矫正效果、球镜度数、柱镜度数、眼轴长度。结果观察1组佩戴RGP 7 d的矫正视力明显高于框架眼镜(P<0.05)。5.9%患者出现角膜荧光素染色,94.1%的患者能够自行摘佩戴护理镜片,87.1%的患者能够按时复诊。佩戴RGP 1 y后的眼轴长度、角膜内皮计数、眼压、Q值与戴镜前比较差异均无统计学意义。观察2组患者戴镜后的矫正视力、球镜度数、眼轴长度均增加,与戴镜前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),柱镜度数与戴镜前比较无明显差异。结论 RGP用于矫正复杂屈光不正,疗效可靠,安全性高。A total of128patients with complex ametropia patients,of which43cases of adolescent myopia patients as the observation group2,the remaining1patients as the observation group,the1groups were compared after wearing glasses7d and wear RGP7d vision correction effect during RGP,with fluorescein staining,patients to pick their own wear lenses,nursing time and referral,wearing RGP1y before and after the axial length,corneal endothelium count,intraocular pressure,Q value.2groups of patients were observed wearing RGP,2groups of patients were followed up for2years.The visual acuity,the degree of spherical mirror,the number of lenses and the length of the optic axis were observed and compared between the two groups after Dai Jingqian.Results The corrected visual acuity of1groups wearing RGP and7d was obviously higher than that of frame glasses(P<0.05).5.9%of patients had corneal fluorescein staining,and94.1%of patients were able to wear their own care lenses.87.1%of patients received follow-up visits on time.After wearing RGP1y,the length of the eye axis,the corneal endothelium count,intraocular pressure,Q value were not statistically significant compared with those before wearing glasses.Observe2groups of patients after wearing glasses vision correction,spherical diopter and axial length were increased,compared with the glasses before the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with before wearing no significant difference between the cylinder degree.Conclusion T RGP is a reliable and safe method for correcting complex refractive errors.
