摘　　要：针对目前研究生在实验技能方面培养上的不足,南华大学机械工程学院根据自身特点,提出并有效实施了着眼于培养研究生实验技能的虚实协同培养模式,有机地协调和处理理论与实践相结合、人才目标和培养体系相结合、教学研究条件和培养需要相结合等问题,旨在使得研究生能够迅速进入科研状态、融入课题和获取成果。In view of the shortage of experimental skills training for postgraduate students,College of Mechanical Engineering of University of South China,according to its own characteristics,puts forward and effectively implements the visible-invisible collaborative cultivation mode focusing on cultivating postgraduate students'experimental skills.The mode effectively coordinates and deals with the combination of theory and practice,the combination of talent cultivation objectives and cultivation system,the combination of teaching and research conditions and cultivation needs,aiming to help postgraduate students quickly enter the state of scientific research,integrate themselves into their tasks and achieve results.
