几种糟渣在羊上的饲料化利用研究

摘　　要：我国的糟渣资源种类多,数量大,其饲料化利用意义重大,有望成为解决当前反刍动物饲料资源供应紧张、成本偏高问题的主要手段之一。本文根据江苏省肉羊产业工程技术研究中心在糟渣饲料化利用方面的试验数据,测定并研究了几种常见糟渣(白酒糟、食用菌菌糠、木薯渣、中药渣等)的营养成分、加工调制及在羊上饲喂效果等,筛选出适宜添加比例,总结出糟渣在羊上的饲料化应用的注意事项及当前亟需解决的问题,为其在羊日粮中的推广应用提供参考。There are many kinds and large quantity of pomace and dreg in China.The feed utilization of pomace and dreg is of great significance,and it is one of the main potential means to solve the problem of the shortage and the high cost of ruminant feed.Based on the feeding trials of Goat and Sheep Research Center of Jiangsu,we determined the nutritional components,modulation,and feeding effect in goat and sheep of several common dregs(distiller's grains;spent mushroom substrate,cassava dreg,Chinese medicine residue etc.),screened out suitable proportions and provided references for its feed utilization in goats and sheep.
