加味柴苓汤治疗肝癌腹水的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加味柴苓汤治疗肝癌腹水的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选择本院2014年2月-2017年1月收治的86例肝癌腹水患者,通过随机数字表将其分为研究组和对照组,每组43例患者,对照组给予顺铂和白介素进行治疗,研究组在此基础上加用加味柴苓汤治疗,对两组患者的疗效以及免疫功能变化情况进行分析。结果:研究组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为69.77%和46.51%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者各项免疫功能指标无显著差异(P>0.05),而治疗后研究组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK四项指标均有显著下降(P<0.05),而对照组患者四项指标均有显著升高(P<0.05),两组治疗后各项免疫指标比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:加味柴苓汤辅助治疗肝癌腹水具有显著的临床效果,能够显著改善患者免疫功能,适合推广。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Chailing decoction on ascites from hepatocarcinoma and immunologic function.Methods:86patients were divided into the study group and control group.The control group was treated with cisplatin and interleukin.The study group was given the Chailing decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the study group and the control group were69.77%and46.51%respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immune function between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and NK were significantly decreased in the study group(P<0.05);while those indexes in the control group were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was a difference of immune indexer between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chailing decoction was effective on ascites from hepatocarcinoma,significantly improved the immune function,and is worthy of promotion.
