黛力新联合疏肝解郁汤加减治疗脑梗死后并发抑郁的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析黛力新联合疏肝解郁汤加减治疗脑梗死后并发抑郁的临床疗效。方法:本次研究抽取的我院60例患者入选时间为2015年2月-2016年8月,对照组30例患者选择黛力新治疗,观察组30例患者选择黛力新联合疏肝解郁汤加减治疗,对比临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率(96.7%)高于对照组(73.3%),两组数据经对比,差异有统计学意义。结论:脑梗死后并发抑郁的患者经黛力新联合疏肝解郁汤加减方治疗后可将其临床疗效进行提升。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of deanxit and the Shugan Jieyu decoction on depression after cerebral infarction.Methods:60patients were selected.The control group of30patients was treated with deanxit;the observation group of30patients was treated with the Shugan Jieyu decoction.Results:The total efficiency was96.7%in the observation group,and higher than73.3%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The deanxit and the Shugan Jieyu decoction on depression after cerebral infarction can improve the clinical curative efficacy.
