摘　　要：在文献复习的基础上,对医院管理队伍职业化相关内涵和医院管理队伍职业化建设中存在的专业定位不清、专职化阻力大、制度化规范缺失等问题进行了探讨,提出了加大复合型医院管理人才的培养,推动医院管理队伍专职化发展,推动医院管理队伍制度化建设,发挥卫生管理专业人员作用等建议,以期进一步推动我国医院管理队伍职业化建设。In this paper,on the basis of literature review,the connotation of the professionalization of the hospital management team,and questions existed in the professional construction of the hospital management team,such as unclearness of specialization,obstacle of the professionalization and the lack of institutionalization,were discussed.In order to further promote the professional construction of hospital management team in China,related suggestions were made,including paying attention to the cultivation of compound hospital management talents,promoting the full-time development of hospital management team,promoting the institutionalization of hospital management team and exerting the role of health management professionals.
