摘　　要：目的通过临床实用放疗信息管理系统模块化设计,细化放疗临床信息管理流程,提高放疗信息管理专业化水平。方法首先,该研究对医师、物理师、技师、工程师等不同专业方向的临床需求进行了分析;然后,收集工作人员各自使用习惯及科室管理流程。最后,进行结构模块化与需求功能化的软件设计。结果可完成放疗全流程业务、质控管理与数据统计等功能,实现了功能全面、流程规范、业务明晰、管理有序。结论模块化、功能化与临床使用的有效结合才能设计出满足临床实际需求的信息系统,可提高放疗流程管理和质控管理水平,同时可以作为医院信息管理系统的一个独立子系统。Objective To refine the clinical information management process of radiotherapy and improve the professional level of radiotherapy information management through the modular design of the clinical practical radiotherapy information management system.Methods In the present study,the clinical needs of different majors such as doctors,physicists,technicians and engineers were firstly analyzed.Then we collected their usage habits and the processes of department management.Finally,this software was designed by structure modularization and demand functionalization.Results The whole process of radiotherapy business,quality control management and data statistics and other functions could be completed,and it realized the comprehensive function,process specification,business clarity and management orderly.Conclusion The system designed by the effective combination of modularization,functionalization and clinical use can meet the needs of clinical practice.It can improve the management level of radiotherapy process and quality control,and it is also used as an independent subsystem of the hospital information management system.
