摘　　要：本文通过对《排污费征收标准管理办法》和《中华人民共和国环境保护税法》中关于噪声税的征收条件对比分析,结合锡盟1000kV变电站环保竣工验收情况及应缴纳的噪声税,简要探讨了锡盟1000kV变电站后期噪声治理可采取的降噪措施,为今后锡盟1000kV变电站噪声治理提供了参考依据。This article analysis of“Measures for the administration of the standards for the collection of sewage charges”and“Environmental protection tax law of the People’s Republic of China”about Requirements for noise tax collection conditions,Combined with Xilin Gol1000kV substation Environmental protection completion acceptance and the noise tax should be paid,Also briefly discussed the available noise reduction measures of Xilin Gol1000kV substation,It provides reference for noise control of Xilin Gol1000kV substation in the future.
