摘　　要：随着社会的发展和食品安全的需要,动物福利已经引起了广泛的关注。系统梳理蒙古人在五畜饲养中的动物福利事项,结果表明:蒙古人长期以来遵循动物的生长规律,爱护并善待动物,形成了具有深厚文化底蕴和鲜明民族特色的动物福利观。挖掘整理蒙古人的动物福利观,不仅对阐释蒙古族游牧文化的内涵有所裨益,而且能够为我国出台动物福利保护法提供有力的法理和道义支撑。With the development of society and the need of food safety,animal welfare has been attracted extensive attention.By sorting out the animal welfare of five livestock breeding by Mongolian people,the present research finds that Mongolian people has followed the growth regularity of animal for long time?love and treat them kindly?and they have formed a kind of animal welfare view which has distinctive ethnic characteristics and rich cultural heritage.Excavating and arranging the animal welfare view of Mongolian,not only helps to explain the connotation of Mongolia nomadic culture?but also provides a strong legal and moral support for the introduction of animal welfare protection law in China.
