摘　　要：由于网络社团具有一定的虚拟性,缺少对社团成员的限制,社团活动缺少制约机制,文章针对这些问题分析了大学生网络社团的发展现状,对如何加强大学生网络社团的引导和管理进行了分析。Online communities are virtual in nature,which are devoid of restrictions on theirmembers and of mechanism for their activities,current situation of online communities among colleges tudents is analyzed and then the methods on how to strengthen guidance and management of the online communities among college students are also analyzed.
