摘 要:SYB创业培训凭借其针对性强、操作性强、参与性强和实用性强的优势,在地方本科院校落地开花,效果初现,但仍处于探索优化阶段。培训对象筛选针对性不足,培训内容尚未校本化,师资队伍建设滞后,评价体系不够科学,后续服务不到位等问题导致培训效果不理想。必须认真总结培训经验,反思不足,根据学员的需求和特点,整合政府、高校、企业、社会各方力量,确立科学的校本化培训内容体系,建设厚理论重实践的师资队伍,建立科学的课程评价机制,加强后期追踪服务,以达到培训目标和预期效果。Based on advantages of strong pertinence,operability,participation and practicability,SYB entrepreneurial training has blossomed in the local undergraduate colleges.Its effect has been generated,but it is still in the exploratory and optimization stage.The training is not well-targeted;the training content is not school-based;the teaching staff construction is lagging;the evaluation system is not scientific,and the follow-up service is not in place,which led to poor training effect.We need to sum up experience seriously and reflect on shortcomings.According to the requirements and characteristics of students,we need to integrate forces of the government,colleges and universities,enterprises and society to establish scientific school-based training content system,to construct the teaching staff with rich theory and practices,to establish scientific evaluationme chanism,to strengthen the follow-up tracking service so as to reach the training objectives and desired effect.
