摘 要:用聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,以新鲜芋头叶为模板,制备出与芋头叶表面反相结构的PVA阴膜。通过测量得到,新鲜芋头叶表面与水滴的接触角为138.1°,PVA阴膜与水滴的接触角为121.1°,光滑PVA与水滴的接触角为39.8o。用聚氯乙烯(PVC)为原料,以PVA阴膜为模板,利用软印刷方法 ,复制出仿芋头叶强疏水的PVC薄膜,其表面与水滴的接触角为126.4°,而光滑PVC薄膜与水滴的接触角为88.9°。使用磁控溅射法,在PVA阴膜上镀Cu,制备出以PVA阴膜为底、表面为Cu的阴膜。用PVC为原料,以Cu阴膜为模板,利用硬印刷的方法,复制出仿芋头叶强疏水表面的PVC薄膜,其表面与水滴的接触角为134.3°。实验结果表明,利用软硬两种印刷法制备出仿芋头叶表面结构的PVC薄膜,都具有与芋头叶一样的强疏水性,且硬印刷法制备出仿芋头叶表面结构的PVC薄膜的疏水性更佳。The polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)negative film of the anti-structure on taro leaf surface was prepared by the lithography.The contact angles of water droplet on the natural taro leaf surface,PVA negative film surface and smooth PVA surface were138.1°,121.1°and39.8°,respectively.The poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC)film of strong hydrophobic taro-leaf-like surface was prepared on the PVA negative film by the soft lithography,the contact angles of water droplet on the PVC film of the taro-leaf-like surface and smooth PVC surface were126.4°and88.9°,respectively.Another taro-leaf-like Cu negative film had been successfully prepared on PVA negative film by magnetron sputtering.Based on the hard lithography,a strong hydrophobic taro-leaf-like PVC film had been obtained using the Cu negative film as template,its water droplet contact angle was134.3°.The experiment results showed that the taro-leaf-like PVC films fabricated by soft and hard lithography had same strong hydrophobicity as natural taro leaf,but the hydrophobicity of the taro-leaf-like PVC film fabricated by hard lithography was more excellent than the taro-leaf-like PVC films fabricated by soft lithography.
