摘　　要：村官政策实施多年,已经吸引了无数的大学生到农村就业,农村的面貌因此发生了翻天覆地的变化。然而,在互联网普及的社会环境里大学生村官流失严重,影响了村官人才的持续性供给。因此,本文拟结合"互联网+"的时代背景,设计与时俱进的村官胜任素质模型,以此为基础构建大学生村官的人才梯队,以确保村官人才不断档。Village policy has been implemented for many years,has attracted countless college students to rural employment,the rural landscape has undergone tremendous changes.However,in the popular environment of the Internet,the loss of college students'village officials is serious,which affects the continuous supply of village officials.Therefore,this paper intends to combine the background of"Internet+",design the quality model of village officials with the times,and build the talent echelon of college student village officials to ensure that the village officials keep the file.
