摘　　要：355QK,460QK是包钢宽厚板生产线专门为某大型企业生产的汽车桥壳用钢板,用于载重卡车的后桥。作者通过对桥壳钢板表面色差问题的研究,利用质量工具分析除鳞过程中的压力波动。找到了导致桥壳钢板表面出现色差的原因,并提出了改进措施,取得了良好的效果。355QK,460QK are steel plates produced in wide plate production line of Baotou Steel and used in automotive axle housing for some large enterprise,and they are used in the rear axle of loading truck.Based on the study of color difference on the surface of axle housing steel plate,the pressure fluctuation in descaling process is analyzed by means of quality tools.The reasons causing color difference on the surface of axle housing steel plate are found,and improvement measures are put forward,having achieved a good effect.
