早期异常妊娠诊断中应用动态血清孕酮及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的探究早期异常妊娠诊断中应用动态血清孕酮及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素的作用。方法按照入院顺序随机抽取本院自2015年2月至2017年2月收治的早期异位妊娠患者45例为研究组,随机抽取同期本院就诊的正常妊娠孕妇45例为对照组。检测并分析两组的血清孕酮及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素。结果与对照组的血清孕酮及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平比较,研究组的较低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论早期异常妊娠患者进行动态血清孕酮、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素的检测,临床应用价值较高,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To explore the role of dynamic serum progesterone and beta-human chorionic gonadotrophin in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of45early ectopic pregnancy treated during Feb.2015and Feb.2017were randomly selected as the study group,and45women with normal pregnancy served as the control group.The serum progesterone and beta-human chorionic gonadotrophin of the two groups were examined and analyzed.Results The serum progesterone and beta-human chorionic gonadotrophin levels were lower in the study group than in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum progesterone and beta human chorionic gonadotropin can help in the diagnosis ofearly ectopic pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
