固液双层培养方式下蔗糖质量浓度对马铃薯试管薯诱导的影响

摘　　要：以马铃薯品种费乌瑞它(Favorite)脱毒苗茎段为材料,采用先固体壮苗培养,再添加液体结薯诱导培养基的固液双层培养方式,研究了液体结薯诱导培养基添加量与蔗糖质量浓度对试管薯诱导的影响.结果表明:与对照(先固体壮苗培养,再移苗到液体结薯诱导培养基)相比,固液双层培养方式操作简便,更适合马铃薯试管薯的规模化生产;在固液双层培养方式中,适当增加液体结薯诱导培养基的添加量及其蔗糖质量浓度,可促进试管薯的形成,提高试管薯质量.The solid-liquid double layer culture system,namely culturing strong plantlets on solid medium firstly,then addingThe solid-liquid double layer culture system,namely culturing strong plantlets on solid medium firstly,then adding liquid medium for microtubers induction was built using stem segments of virus-free seedlings of thepotato cultivar野Favorite冶as test materials.Effects of the volume and sucrose content of liquid microtuber inductionmedium on tuberization in the solid-liquid double layer culture system were studied.The results showed that院Compared with the control treatment which needs transferring seedlings from solid medium to liquid microtuberinduction medium,solid-liquid double-layer culture system was more appropriate for potato microtuber massproduction on account of its high performance with facility and rapidity of operation.The number and quality of potatomicrotubers would be promoted by increasing the volume or sucrose concentration of the liquid microtuber inductionmedium.liquid medium for microtubers induction was built using stem segments of virus-free seedlings of thepotato cultivar野Favorite冶as test materials.Effects of the volume and sucrose content of liquid microtuber inductionmedium on tuberization in the solid-liquid double layer culture system were studied.The results showed that院Compared with the control treatment which needs transferring seedlings from solid medium to liquid microtuberinduction medium,solid-liquid double-layer culture system was more appropriate for potato microtuber massproduction on account of its high performance with facility and rapidity of operation.The number and quality of potatomicrotubers would be promoted by increasing the volume or sucrose concentration of the liquid microtuber inductionmedium.
