摘　　要：高职院校和企业完成互利共赢、资源共享的基本途径就是校企合作。当前,国内的校企合作依旧处于摸索时期。笔者从现实情况入手,分析了我国校企合作中存在的问题,给出了相关的措施,意在以此推动我国校企合作中高职院校、企业、政府各方实现共赢。构建有效的校企合作长效机制,促进我国经济的快速健康发展。School-enterprise cooperation is the basic ways of that the vocational institutions and enterprises to complete mutual benefit and the resources sharing.At present,the domestic school-enterprise cooperation is still at the exploratory period.The author analyzed the problems of school-enterprise cooperation from the reality and given the relevant measures.Its purpose is to achieve a realizing prosperity among the higher vocational colleges,businesses and government.Building an effective school-enterprise cooperation long-term mechanism is to promote the rapid and health development of Chinese economy.
