摘　　要：从卫生机构连续性的角度研究农村卫生服务网络的互动机制,为实现农村卫生服务连续性提供参考。在阐明卫生服务连续性及卫生机构连续性概念、农村卫生机构互动现状的基础上,从协调政策与制度框架、基于区域居民需求的资源配置、一体化的支持和后勤系统的组织整合机制,综合设计的筹资和支付、多维监督评价体系的第三方保障机制以及循证临床路径、健康管理和健康促进、转诊管理、执业人员继续教育与持续质量改进的任务协同机制三大层面分析农村卫生机构的联系要素及其互动机制。From the angle of institutional continuity,this article studies the interaction mechanism of rural health service network.It explains the concept and characteristics of continuity and institutional continuity status quo,and analyzes contact elements and their interaction mechanisms of rural health institutions from three aspects.The first one is organizational integration mechanism,including coordinate policy and institutional framework,resources allocation based on the regional residents demand,integrated systems of support and logistics.The second one is guarantee mechanism of the third party,including integrated design of financing and payment,multidimensional systems of supervision and evaluation.And the last one is task synergia mechanism,including evidence-based clinical path,health management and health promotion,referral management,continuing education and continuous quality improvement for medical practitioners.
