衢州市ICU护士核心能力及标准预防依从信念现状调查

摘　　要：目的:研究ICU护士核心能力及标准预防依从信念现状,并探讨两者相关性。方法:采用重症监护护士核心能力综合评价量表和标准预防依从信念量表对衢州市5所综合医院从事ICU护理工作的182名护士进行调查。结果:护士整体核心能力总分均值为(293.57±32.77)分,其中患者安全及权益维度平均得分最高,为(3.77±0.23)分;科研及学术能力维度得分最低,为(2.59±0.16)分。学历、职称以及工作年限是影响ICU护士核心能力得分差异的单因素(P<0.05)。ICU护士标准预防依从信念总分均值为(91.24±15.61)分,以有益性维度平均得分最高,为(2.90±0.07)分,促发因素维度平均得分最低,为(1.92±0.17)分。标准预防依从信念与ICU护士专业知识及技能(r=0.51,P<0.01)、患者安全及权益(r=0.40,P<0.01)、职业道德(r=0.36,P=0.01)、个人及专业发展(r=0.15,P=0.04)、核心能力总分(r=0.29,P<0.01)呈显著正相关性。结论:ICU护士的核心能力与标准预防依从信念水平呈显著正相关。护理管理者可通过专业培训,提高护士核心能力和标准预防依从信念,从而提升临床护理质量。Objective:To study the status of core competence and universal precaution compliance beliefs among nurses in ICU,and to explore their correlation.Methods:182cases of ICU nurses who were engaged in five general hospitals were chosen as the subjects in Quzhou City.The comprehensive evaluation scale and nurses’compliance belief with standard precautions scale were applied to investigate the nurses’core competence and precaution compliance beliefs,respectively.Results:The nurses'core competency score was(293.57±32.77)points,the safety and rights of patients with the average scores was the highest(3.77±0.23),while scientific research and academic ability score was the lowest(2.59±0.16)points.Education,professional titles and working years were the single factors that influence the core competence scores of ICU nurses(P<0.05).The mean score of the total score of ICU nurses'standard prevention compliance beliefs was(91.24±15.61),and the average score of the beneficial dimension was the highest(2.90±0.07),and the lowest score of the factors of promotion was(1.92±0.17).Standard prevention compliance beliefs and professional knowledge and skills of nurses in ICU(r=0.51,P<0.01),patient safety and rights(r=0.40,P<0.01),occupation moral(r=0.36,P=0.01),personal and professional development(r=0.15,P=0.04),the core ability score(r=0.29,P<0.01)showed a significant positive correlation.Conclusion:There is a positive relationship between core competence and the universal precaution compliance beliefs.Through the professional training,the nursing managers can strengthen the establishment of the standards of prevention and compliance of nurses'standards of prevention from the perspective of improving the core competence of nurses,so as to improve the quality of clinical nursing.
