摘　　要：目的探讨乙醇脱氢酶2(ADH2)、乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)基因多态性及饮酒与胃癌发生的相关性。方法选取原发性胃癌男性患者256例作为观察组,另选取同期进行体检的健康人群100例作为对照组,统计所有研究对象的一般人口学资料及是否吸烟、饮酒,应用基因芯片技术检测ADH2、ALDH2基因多态性,对ADH2和ALDH2基因多态性及饮酒总量与胃癌易感性进行相关性分析。结果 2组文化程度、职业、近10年人均年收入≤4 000元患者比例比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。2组ADH2和ALDH2各基因型频率分布比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与同时携带ADH2 A/A和ALDH2 G/G不饮酒者比较,携带各种ADH2和ALDH2基因型组合者无论是否饮酒及饮酒量多少,胃癌患病风险均无明显增加。结论 ADH2、ALDH2基因多态性及饮酒与胃癌发生并无明显相关性。Objective It is to investigate the correlation between alcohol dehydrogenase2(ADH2),aldehyde dehydrogenase2(ALDH2)gene polymorphism and alcohol consumption with the occurrence of gastric carcinoma.Methods256male patients with primary gastric cancer were selected as observation group,and another100healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as control group,the demographic data,status of smoking and drinking were analyzed,the gene polymorphismsof ADH2and ALDH2were detected by gene chip technology,the correlation of ADH2and ALDH2gene polymorphisms,alcohol intake and susceptibility to gastric cancer were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the different degree of education,occupation,nearly10years of annual per capita income between the2groups(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the frequency distribution of ADH2and ALDH2genotypes between the2groups(all P>0.05).Comparison with non drinkers with ADH2A/A and ALDH2G/G,regardless of whether or not alcohol and alcohol intake were carried out by combinations of ADH2and ALDH2genotypes,there was no significant increase in the risk of gastric cancer.Conclusion There is no significant correlation between ADH2,ALDH2gene polymorphism and alcohol consumption.
