摘 要:临床教学查房是每一位住培带教老师必须掌握的教学方法学之一,也是一项最能考评老师带教水平的教学活动。临床教学查房不同于日常临床查房,带教老师、学员都需要提前做大量的准备工作,患者也需要提前知晓且有一定的思想准备。具体实施过程中,除"3个步骤"的基本模式外,临床教学查房的内涵必须得到保证。同时还应注意教学查房的目标不能设立太多,床边教学时应体现出以"患者为中心""关爱患者"的理念,讨论和分析阶段应紧扣预先设计的目标来进行,切忌演变成为脱离患者的"临床小讲课"或"病例示范教学"。通过临床教学查房,学员学到临床诊治、人文关怀、日常临床运作等相关知识,并真正达到老师、学员和患者"共赢"的目的。Clinical teaching round is one of the essential teaching methodologies for teaching residents,and provides the best opportunity to assess the quality of teaching practice.Clinical teaching round is different from the daily work round,because it needs plenty of preparation work of a teacher and residents,and patient should prepare and know the total procedure ahead of time.In addition to carrying out the three basic procedures,the teacher must guarantee to implement the content during the clinical teaching round.Meanwhile,the teacher shouldn’t set up too many targets,thus should highlight the discussion and analysis of the proposed targets,and avoid to turn it into the clinical lecture or case demonstration lesson.Furthermore,bedside teaching should embody the patient-centered concept and caring for patient.A clinical teaching round makes the real benefit for all of teacher,residents and patient,and integrates lots of knowledge including clinical diagnosis and treatment,humanistic concern,clinical routine work and so on for resident learning.
